Bugs and pests are typically the most active in warm, humid weather. Luckily, we offer summer pest control! The bugs that our customers call us about most often in the summer are:

  • Mosquitos
  • Cockroaches
  • Ants
  • Fleas & Ticks

How To Avoid Summer Pests

If you have a few pesky bugs bothering you, there are a few, easy do-it-yourself methods detailed below to keep the pests at bay.

If the bugs keep coming back, or it becomes a problem affecting daily life (i.e., the mosquitoes are so bad you can’t grill your dinner) – it is time to call the pros. We specialize in summer pest control, offering a guaranteed annual service program. We serve everyone in Atlanta, Georgia, and surrounding cities and offer a completely free home assessment. Get in touch with us online or by calling (404) 848-1508, and let’s keep your home and your summer safe and healthy!

Our best advice? Keep it clean!

  1. Regularly clean and pick up items on porches, yards, in the garage, and in the house. Pests love to hide and lay eggs in the debris that sits around.
  2. Empty standing water from buckets or dishes after rainstorms. If you have a pool, use pool circulation tools to keep water moving. If no circulation is available, empty standing water regularly to keep mosquitoes from laying eggs in the water.
  3. Manicure lawns and keep landscaping away from the house, so there isn’t easy access to your home.
  4. Keep an eye on your gutters – moisture and debris can build up in a gutter and give cockroaches and mosquitoes a perfect home. Clear any blockages as soon as you find them and inspect them regularly.
  5. Clear food after outdoor parties to remove any food sources for pests. Inside, keep food in airtight containers.
